Welcome to spogady. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and spogady ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the spogady mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using spogady, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, comments, and other content you create ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant spogady a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.
spogady has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is:
You also agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.
Every post, comment, and profile can be reported from within the app, and you can block any user. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — including removing content and removing or banning offending users — typically within 24 hours. Filing a false report or abusing the moderation tools may itself result in action against your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, spogady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
